Is it necessary to Sign in LetsTour?

It is not required. You only must fill data at checkout of buying process.

How can I book a tour or activity?

You must follow these steps:
1. Select the tour or activity you want to do.
2. Select the calendar date.
3. Select one of the available programs of the selected tour or activity.
4. Select the number of people (adults, seniors and / or children).
5. Enter the coupon code (if available).
6. Select another tour or activity or select checkout.
7. Fill in the necessary data.
8. Pay by credit card or PayPal.
9. Receive booking by email for each booked tour or activity.

I have made a purchase but cannot find the tickets, what should I do?

Send an email to info@letstour.com with your contact details and booking information

How do I use the ticket?

It´s simple! After making payment of the service you have chosen, you will receive an email with the ticket with your data. Just print and follow the instructions.

Is Credit Card safe?

It is very safe. Your bank details are transferred directly to bank billing platforms without LetsTour or third parties have access any time to sensitive information. 

How long time do I have to cancel or change a booking?

After payment, changes and cancellations can only be made up to 5 days before the service is provided. If you cancel 4 days before the service,  we will charge you 25% of cancellation fee; 3
 days before the service,  50% cancellation fee; 2 days before the service, 75% cancellation fee; 1 days before the service,  100% cancellation fee;                                                                         

How can I cancel or change a booking?

Changes and cancellations must always be made only by emal at info@LetsTour.com, who will confirm such changes and cancellations and process any refunds.

What is Best Price Guaranteed?

We are committed to having the best price for tours & activities if you find a lower price for the same tour or activity offered by the same operator within 72 hours of booking

What can I do if I arrive at destination and I find the same tour or activity offered at a lower price from LetsTour?

If you do happen to find a lower price direct from our operator, simply send us the details and we’ll refund the price difference. It’s that easy.


Which are the steps to follow to claim a refund?
1. Remember to make a copy, print out or screen shot of the lower rate, in case our customer service team has questions.
2. Our Best-Price Guarantee is available to any customer who makes a minimum purchase of 50€ on the Let´s Tour Barcelona website.
3. To submit a refund request, send an email to info@letstour.com with your full name, order number, and your home address, plus proof (receipt, price list, flyer, web address or web screen shot, etc.) of the lower price.
4. We reserve the right to verify details of the lower price where possible. All refund decisions will be made at our sole discretion.
5. Refunds of the price difference will be processed to the credit card used for the original booking. Please, note: We will only process one “Best Price Guarantee” refund tour or activity purchased.
